The working principle of the oil-water separator is to use the density difference between water and fuel, and then rely on the action of the earth's gravitational field to make it move relative to each other. The oil rises and the moisture drops, thus achieving the purpose of oil-water separation. The oil-water separators are divided into industrial grade oil-water separators, commercial oil-water separators and household oil-water separators according to their uses. The oil-water separators are mainly used in petrochemicals, fuel locomotives, and sewage treatment. The oil-water separator has a very good oil-water separation effect and has a wide range of uses. The oil-water separator is used to separate condensed moisture and oil in the compressed air and other impurities, so that the compressed air can be purified initially. The working principle of the oil-water separator is: when the compressed air enters the oil-water separator, the flow direction and speed change sharply, and then rely on inertia to separate the oil droplets and water droplets with a density greater than that of the compressed air. After separation, the clean water is drained through the drain port, the dirty oil in the left and right oil collection chambers is automatically drained through the solenoid valve, and the dirty oil separated in the fiber polymerizer is drained through the manual valve.
