However, the prerequisite for the hydraulic lock to work is that the hydraulic cylinder is in good condition. If the hydraulic cylinder leaks internally, the hydraulic lock will not work at all. The two-way hydraulic lock is widely used in the oil circuit where the oil cylinder in the engineering transportation hoisting machinery needs to maintain pressure, such as the outrigger circuit of the car (car crane, tire crane), and its working principle is when the oil cavity is positively injected , The other cavity discharges the oil in the reverse direction, and vice versa. When the two cavities do not enter the oil in the forward direction, the reverse direction will not work. It will not be interfered by the external load and play the role of a lock. The influence of the hydraulic cylinder installation method on the hydraulic locking circuit. When the cylinder bears a negative load and the direction of the load force is the same as the direction of the oil pushing, the piston action speed may exceed the speed caused by the oil pushing, so the oil may not have time to replenish and the hydraulic lock will be closed due to the loss of pressure in the control oil circuit. After the hydraulic control check valve is closed, the power part of the system continues to supply oil to make the oil pressure of the cylinder inlet oil path rise again. When the control oil path pressure reaches the opening pressure, the hydraulic lock opens again. When the hydraulic lock is open and closed, the piston intermittently jumps, causing strong vibration and noise. When the hydraulic cylinder action speed does not change much, a one-way throttle valve can be connected in series between the hydraulic lock and the reversing valve to adjust the hydraulic cylinder lowering speed. The one-way throttle valve is installed between the hydraulically controlled one-way valve and the hydraulic cylinder. This way constitutes the return oil throttling speed regulating circuit, which stabilizes the piston and makes the piston fall smoothly. The pressure in the rodless chamber of the hydraulic cylinder is regulated by the overflow valve. This eliminates the system failure caused by the closure of the hydraulic lock due to loss of pressure.
