The accumulator is installed between the condenser and the volatilizer, close to the condenser, and is used to store the liquid refrigerant and absorb the moisture in the refrigerant. It is also called a high-pressure accumulator or a system accumulator. The reservoir is divided into upper and lower compartments, and mainly uses media that absorbs moisture. The pressurized refrigerant flows from the upper part of the reservoir, and only the liquid (Liquid) flows to the evaporator through the lower pipe. In this process, the reservoir will simultaneously remove water and steam bubbles. In addition, the upper part of the reservoir is equipped with Clutch Cycling Pressure S/W, and the lower part is equipped with a filter. The accumulator is usually divided into two categories according to its structure: the combination of the shell and the elbow and the combination of the shaped tube or the Z-shaped tube. The car accumulator is installed in the air-conditioning evaporator and the suction pipe of the compressor. It is a protective component to prevent liquid refrigerant from flowing into the compressor and causing liquid shock. It is an important part of the compressor, which plays the role of storage, gas-liquid separation, filtration, noise reduction and refrigerant buffering. In the operation of the automobile air conditioning system, it is impossible to guarantee that the refrigerant can be completely vaporized; that is, the refrigerant from the evaporator will enter the liquid refrigerant into the accumulator. Since the liquid refrigerant that is not vaporized is heavier than the gas, It will drop directly to the bottom of the accumulator cylinder, and the vaporized refrigerant enters the compressor from the outlet of the accumulator, thereby preventing the compressor from sucking in the liquid refrigerant and causing liquid shock. When the automobile accumulator is in use, in order to prevent impurities in the pipeline from directly entering the compressor, a filter screen is installed between the inlet pipe and the outlet pipe of the accumulator to prevent impurities from entering the compressor. In the long-term operation of the compressor, a certain amount of lubricating oil will be discharged with the vaporized refrigerant, and it will enter the cylinder of the accumulator through the pipeline. Because the air outlet pipe welded to the bottom of the accumulator cylinder has a processing "oil return" Therefore, the lubricating oil deposited at the bottom of the cylinder is forced by the suction of the compressor, and then returns to the outlet pipe of the accumulator and enters the compressor, thereby providing lubrication protection to the compressor.
