During exhaust braking, press the exhaust brake switch button, and the butterfly valve mechanism of the exhaust brake valve closes the exhaust passage, so that the engine piston is subjected to the back pressure of the gas during the exhaust stroke, which hinders the operation of the engine. The braking effect achieves the purpose of controlling the speed of the vehicle. Automobile brake valves are divided into air brake valves and hydraulic brake valves. The normal operation of the brake valve is of great significance to parking, and it provides technical support for the smooth braking of the car. The development of this technology has extremely important significance for automobile manufacturing and road traffic safety. When the exhaust brake system is working, the valve plate in the valve body is closed. When the engine is in the exhaust stroke, the exhaust gas in the engine cylinder and exhaust pipe is compressed. The work consumed in this process produces braking force for the car. . The amount of braking force increases with the increase in the pressure in the exhaust pipe and the cylinder of the engine (engine back pressure). (2) Exhaust brake is the brake produced by compressing the gas in the engine and exhaust pipe. Therefore, the brake is soft, without impact, and reduces the impact load of the parts, which can prolong the service life of related parts and reduce the frequency of maintenance. (3)The exhaust brake is transmitted to the driving wheels through the drive train. The differential of the drive axle distributes the braking torque evenly to the left and right wheels. It reduces the tendency of the car to side-slip, has a sense of safety when driving, and can increase the average speed of the car. (4) The oil stop switch of the exhaust brake has a certain fuel saving effect. The structure and working principle of the exhaust brake valve assembly The exhaust brake valve assembly mainly consists of three parts: the control cylinder sub-assembly (the exhaust brake cylinder in Figure 1), the connecting part, and the butterfly valve sub-assembly (the exhaust brake valve in Figure 1).
